This place was very disappointing! I’ll never come back here again. All of their meal worms were at this point Carcasses. Bad service at the register. The cashier was most concerned with signing me up for some BS rewards card instead of putting my stuff in the bag. She ended up walking away so I walked behind the Covid safety glass to get my stuff and put them in the bag.

So my wife drops our dog jeb off at petco at 430. At 730 he’s still not done. And we notice something is off about the groomer. She’s hammered drunk. Staggering around, can’t even talk. Another employee then says “she has relapsed from a medical issue” Being a drunk. And had not done anything to your dog yet (mind you it’s been 4 hours) and he brings my dog out. Good grooming, good cost factor.
We had such a wonderful experience with Lynzee as our dog trainer these past 12 weeks. She helped turn our energetic puppy into a well behaved boy. So thankful for her guidance and teaching!
amazing customer service. i bought a cat tree that was preassembled and thought it was gonna fit in my car. Bob brought it out to my car and literally tried everything. i ended up exchanging it for a not assembled. he brought that one out too. thank you sooo much. always great experience when i shop there. my cats will be so happy
