Get someone up front in their grooming area that is not rude to customers. They should of let her go.
Your trainer is rude to customers ( Erica) I have had 2 encounters with her so far about sitting in her training area while waiting for my dogs to be groomed. She lied and told me she had a client so I needed to move, all it was is that she wanted her area clean so she could leave on time. Totally unprofessional

I am in this store at least twice a week, working as a cat adoption volunteer. The employees in this store are cordial, and often show a great deal of interest in the welfare of our cats, and in helping us find homes for our kitties. The Petco Foundation provides food and other supplies that allow us to keep our homeless cats more available to the public, which increases adoptions. I'd give them one star if I could. They keep their bearded dragons and leopard geckos on sand and when I spoke to the store manager about my concerns, she was very rude and condescending. I own a beardie, I work with beardies and I've spoken to multiple vets about it and she actually said to me, "Ma'am, I think our vets might know more than you do." Clearly not because you have the option to keep them on reptile carpet and you still choose the option that poses a serious health risk to these poor babies. Please don't buy rep... read more
Isaac took the time to help me find a lower protein dog food for my high strung long haired chihuahua. We spent a lot of time looking thru various adult and senior foods to find the right combination. In a time where it seems the negative gets more publicity than the positive, I just wanted to highlight his customer service, commitment, and knowledge.
