Terrible cruel store! Letting your poor small critters suffer the way they do....half dead and begging for a savior!
This place is disgusting and has crossed the line in their neglect of the animals they keep to outright abuse. No one here is trained, they don't know anything about the animals or the products they carry, and instead of owning up to that, they will outright lie to your face. Do your research before you go in here, never ask them any questions. I had very good customer service and friendly help they answer all my questions bout the salt water tank I have thank you petco. I walked out if petsmart earlier today my business will be here frm now on
Everyone there treats my babies like they care every time we come in the lady groomer is awesome and such a good person having 2 pit bulls people dont always treat us well but here i know we are always welcome!!
