I dont normally review stores but I had such an excellent experience with the staff, I simply had to say something positive! The manager and her crew were great, answered my questions and offered a lot of good advice. Store was clean and looked really nice. I give this Petco 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!
This is by far one of the nicest locations I’ve ever been to! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany had no problem answering all 700 of my questions, and also gave such great advice and tips when it came to our freshwater tank (the algae is finally cleared up!!). I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family in the area!!
Had a great experience there this week. I was looking for a new food for my 2 dogs and was approached by Tiffany, who I think is the manager. We discussed the breeds and the whole debate about grain free vs non grain free and she really knows her stuff! She made a couple of recommendations that would be great depending on my budget. Has improved greatly under the new management!
After finding an abused fish in arden , I approached this petco to see if they knew of any fish keepers that could help him . In my surprise they took him and went in action to help him. They are really great people
This store doesn't keep things in stock very well. We go there once a week for frozen mice and live crickets. Then we go to Petsmart because they have them.
