Very professional staff even in the face of some very rude and hostile customers. A very pleasant shopping experience and I feel terrible some customers treat the employees here so horribly while they’re just trying to do their jobs.
Today was one of the most positive experiences in a pet store I’ve ever had! I have three cats and one aquatic turtle, and I was able to get three flea collars and a lot of essential items for my turtle. Erin and Skylar helped me out at check out and they were personable, helpful and passionate about helping out. Naseim in the fish and reptile department was massively helpful in explaining the difference in filters, UV lighting and tank cleaning for my turtle.
