I went to their Saturday pet clinic to get my dog's shots. We arrived right at 1:30 when it started and the line was already to the back of the store. I decided to stick it out and wait. The nurse came through, put my name and how many pets (one) on a list. I waited three hours, made it close enough to the front to fill out my paperwork and right when there was one last person ahead of me they turned me and the three people behind me away.
