Great store and staff. We are enjoying puppy class there!
I always feel like a valued customer when I go into this store. I bring my lab puppy Violet in for the puppy socializing class and for the training puppy 1 class. All the people working there go out of their way to engage with Violet. The trainers Lesley and Katie are always very informative and eager to help. Violet gets lots of hugs and kisses from her special friend Tiffany. Violet now struts into the store as if to say I’m home! That’s our Petco�
We signed up for a training course in the Hendersonville store. My dog was rejected from the class in the first 3 minutes. There was no incident involved. My dog was just pulling on the lease to visit the other dog in the class. There was no growling or barking and the trainer read it as aggression. They refused to refund my money. The contract paper I received says their refund policy is a full refund as long as you don't start a second class. I didn't even start the first class and they told me no refund. I'm very appreciative for the awesome service this morning from Tiffany at Hendersonville Petco. I went to the pet clinic on 10/15/16 Sat I got there at 11:45 am early. Knowing that it wasn't to start until 1:30 pm. I brought my cat Taffy and my dog Chipper to both get there shots and for my dog to get a micro chip also. The prices were of course much better than the veterinarian prices. I do not feel that they were very organized and fair with how they checked people in.
