I moved back to Michigan from Texas. I was using theGrooming at Petco in Texas for my Dog and they did an excellent job. So I decided to stay with the grooming at Petco here in Michigan. Very big mistake. The appointment was Saturday May 15th at 8:15am. I had all the same stuff done to her here as I did in Texas. They took 3 hours in Texas and only 1 1/2 hours here. Petco apparently doesn't care about Supreme Court ruling or ADA laws. you allow your employees to follow and berate a disabled veteran and tell him to wear a mask or must by something and leave. Corporate policies DO NOT have the right to enforce non valid Michigan executive orders that have been strick down. and limiting time for a disabled shopper to do what they are doing because they can't wear a mask is a for of discrimination as is telling them that can only shop at certain times. My fiancé, my dog, and I got kicked out yesterday because we didn't wear a face mask. Never will I comply with the face mask rule. You don't want my money? That's cool, I will never shop at petco again!
I don't like how they treat their loyal employees, who truly care for animals and always put the animals first. if only Petco could treat their employees as well as their employees treated the customers dog's.
Went there today and was greeted at the door by a VERY RUDE man ( I am assuming he was the manager). He told me I couldn't come in because I didn't have on a mask. I am medical unable to wear them. He didn't care as he told me I couldn't go into the store. Told him I would pull up my shirt collar which I did. He then told me I had to wear my shirt like that through the store which I told him fine I would. I won't be shopping at this store again do to his rude behavior. Your manager told my family we couldn't shop there because there was 3 of us entering the store. I told the man that it was our dogs birthday and we all wanted to pick out his birthday present. he insisted that we leave. My 6 year old daughter didnt understand why we couldnt shop at the pet store. You've lost a long time shopper
