I returned a hamster because my daughter was still too young at 7 to handle something so small so I wanted to get a guinea pig and the manager female manager and they refused to sell it to me because she thought we did not know how to properly take care of it and because we return a hamster for biting she was extremely rude even after two other employees recommended the guinea pig for a 7 year old she refused to sell because she thought we only had a cage for a hamster....

I got a hamster there, they said she had been handled, but she was terrified of me and bit and she got out of her cage and is gone, I am not happy! I think I should get a refund.
Loved the obedience classes. Won't return to the salon.
Just got a new puppy and they were a great help with what I needed , even took the time to give me some tips !
The small pet manager was kajsa was extremely rude because we would not perchance a cage with a pet...
