found out my hamster had wet tail and it died, i had him for only 3 days
On Saturday 2/3 we were at PetCo and found out it was puppy adoption day... So we stayed in hopes of finding a new member of the family. What I witnessed that day has left me sick to my stomach!!! 200 dogs had been crammed in the back of trucks... Since TEXAS (3 days)!!! No Food, No Water, And covered in their Feces and Urine!! When the dogs were FINALLY let out of the TINY cages, many couldn't stand or walk properly! Most were skin and bones! Most of the people there are extremely friendly. We bought a puppy and have been going there for classes and supplies. We take our dog there for the classes and Most EVERY one knows her name and are excited to see her and she loves them too. Very personable people and extremely great vibe.
I bought a red footed tortoise here and it had to be sick when i got it because i had it for 2 months before it passed away today and they told me theres nothing they can do. I have another red foot ive had for 3 years and shes perfectly fine so i know i didnt do anything wrong for her to die and its sad.. horrible people. I heard they get sick animals and sell them but i didnt think it was true dont buy your animals here. They might die in 2 months and they wont do anything. She was VERY pricy to....
All the employees are lazy worthless sacks of shit who need to be fired.
The individuals working now clearly have passion for their jobs, they love to share their knowledge & help in any way they can. I truly adore the individuals, especially a few ladies that work there now. Thanks for a great experience!
Worst customer service. Ended up going to walmart which had much better customer service and the fish I wanted weren't as expensive. Next time I get fish, will go to Primary and not get completely ignored.
