Great experience! The people were pleasant and helpful. It was one of the largest Petco’s I had ever seen, and one of the cleanest and well maintained as well. They were definitely understaffed, but they also had a rescue dog event going on. I was one of those getting a dog and needed supplies. The groomer came out and was helping me find everything I needed.

found out my hamster had wet tail and it died, i had him for only 3 days
On Saturday 2/3 we were at PetCo and found out it was puppy adoption day... So we stayed in hopes of finding a new member of the family. What I witnessed that day has left me sick to my stomach!!! 200 dogs had been crammed in the back of trucks... Since TEXAS (3 days)!!! No Food, No Water, And covered in their Feces and Urine!! When the dogs were FINALLY let out of the TINY cages, many couldn't stand or walk properly! Most were skin and bones! PetCo, how can you allow these helpless puppies to be transported in such a horrib... read more
Most of the people there are extremely friendly. We bought a puppy and have been going there for classes and supplies. We take our dog there for the classes and Most EVERY one knows her name and are excited to see her and she loves them too. Very personable people and extremely great vibe.
