I received really amazing customer service
Gives you sick animals, my two poor guinea pigs were given to me with mites and I’ve been feeding my money into them when I paid to get them perfectly healthy. Please stop this. I am a teenager who has to pay for her own vet bills and it isn’t fair. To me or the animals
I don't even know why I keep coming to this store. you can only get help if the department person is working. got there when they opened at 10. I wanted my aquarium water tested so I could get whatever I needed to fix the problem but apparently the girl that works in the department, who is awesome, don't start until 1030. WTF! why not put a sign saying fish department closed until 1030. I'm so fed up with this place. absolutely no customer service, I'm so sad because I probably have to find somewhere else to take my dogs now... read more
Great experience! The people were pleasant and helpful. It was one of the largest Petco’s I had ever seen, and one of the cleanest and well maintained as well. They were definitely understaffed, but they also had a rescue dog event going on. I was one of those getting a dog and needed supplies. The groomer came out and was helping me find everything I needed.
Nice people. Fun stuff for my girl. Got some antlers for her
