I go to the East Wenatchee store for my dogs and fish supplies, and always get great service. Also, when I had a fire eel that was getting too large for my 75G tank, they got me in touch with a local Fish Rescue. Thanks for the great service.
Great groomers, great service!
Took our husky for grooming. they were done in 1 hour. Her back legs were covered in dirty when the woman brought her out to us. Blamed it on the store floors. Getting hair all over when we pet her. HORRIBLE service. Just lost our business. I'll gladly take her elsewhere.
I took my new dog, Lily, in for grooming today. The staff was fabulous. They greeted me right away, and we're very helpful. I had also stopped by the day before to book the appointment and the ladies were very patient with me. I have never had a dog professionally groomed before and I had a lot of questions. My Lily was found as a stray and after months of no one claiming her we decided to keep her, so she was very shaggy and full of matting. When I picked her up she looked great!! :) Thank you for all of your hard work!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE change the water, in the birds' enclosures, more often, than once a day!! I said something to the cashier, when I checked out and he said, "They get changed every morning because sometimes feathers get into the water." Umm, there was WAY more in their water, than feathers...poop, food, and random floating things...AND the water was GREEN, I doubt any of you would be okay and feel healthy about drinking that, so PLEASE take better care of your animals, they deserve better, than that. Thank you.
