Jordan in grooming is great! I was very nervous to take my dog for her first grooming. She is a bit of a nervous dog and I am a crazy dog mommy. I spoke with Jordan on the phone about my dog and she was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. She was great with my dog both times we've been there and my baby did great. I will continue to go to Petco to see Jordan for our grooming needs.
Worst customer service & management! Only store I know of that cannot look up a receipt in their computer system! If you dont' have a receipt they won't give you store credit either. Store Manager Courtney is unknowledgeable and cannot answer any questions accurately. Send your manager & employees to training PETCO!!!!! They sound like idiots in front of your customers!!!! Her associate manager gave me inaccurate information and was also equally unknowledgeable if not worse. I would NOT recommend.
My review is based upon my most recent visit (though I haven't reason to say bad things about this store otherwise)! Carri B. in the Grooming dept, as well as Amy and Bearitt in the store were wonderful employees for their service and attitudes! Particularly happy with all the kind attention and thorough service! Thank you for everything and keep up the great work!
Best place to buy fish.Dereck is very knowledgeable about them. Never have a problem with any we have bought there and we have over 125 fish
I went last Sunday to do a rabies booster to my 17 & 3 month years old dog at Petco in Leominster, I made it the 1st in line at 9am the clinic start at 10am, Vet called 3 people ahead of me that they didn't do any line, & that was ok with me until she was very rude to me saying that my dog had a very bad tooth infection that she won't do the rabies shot & I tried to explain my dog is old , he is happy he eats well nothing wrong he has bad teeth but he is old what you expect .She wouldn't listen to me & kept telling me lady i... read more
I really appreciated Puerto Rican associate Jessica giving preferential treatment to other Puerto Rican customers. My wife and I who are Caucasian stood in line at the cash register for help, because no associates were on the sales floor. I asked the cashier for help, who didn't know the answer. He paged Jessica, who started to answer our question. Before finishing, of course we got interrupted, because god knows Puerto Ricans are the superior race, and Jessica dropped us like a hot potato.
