Grooming Salon Nightmare Grooming salon is horrible. I brought my Great Pyrenees in for a summer cut and he looks like a child cut him with a pair of scissors. The salon manager actually hung up on me when I told her how unhappy I was. I have four dogs that I have groomed quite often and will NEVER bring my pets there again. I will be happy to drive them to Chattanooga. The employees in the store try, but really know nothing about animals or animal care.
I went in just to ask about having tips put on my cats claws, because they hung up on me when I called, they were VERY rude and the dogs they were grooming were yelping because one cut its ear, they showed no compassion. I will never take my dog here thats for SURE!!
I took my 2 dogs to get baths and one to get clipped. Picked them up and the one I had clipped had several places where he was shaved right to the skin. My other dog was shedding just as bad as when I took her in. After a good bath, she stops shedding for a while. She didn't even smell good. And to top it off the staff was horrible! Very rude, no smiles, thank you, nothing. I only went to this store bc I had moved but I will now take the extra time to drive to Petsmart in Hixson where staff and service is wonderful AND cheap... read more
