MRS. I was in the store recently & all the employees were very friendly & knowledgeable. I disagree with that previous comment about being unable to find someone to help. They can't be every where all the time. I have worked in retail before & they have to cover other departments while lunches are taken. This Petco was a very nice place to shop.
Horrible... I went in to buy some new fish for my little aquarium and the place was deserted. Not one worker was around to help. After walking around the store for a few minutes I actually started shouting out loud asking for someone to come help me. A few minutes later one person showed up. Went in a couple other times on later occasions and every time theres hardly anyone working in there. It takes forever to get someone competent to help you out. not having petty employees and actually take care of their animals properly
My dog is a nervous dog, so I gave him 1/2 a benadryl to help him stay calm during the groom. Well they wouldn't take him. I've always given him something (vet reccomended) to help keep him calm. Won't be back.
Went in this morning and saw 19 dead fish in several different tanks. After telling 2 store employees about it, I was told they hadn’t gotten to them yet. I was in there a few minutes after they opened. I only went there because I had a gift card. I will not be going back.
This store needs to be closed. People don't properly care for the animals here.....
Just views a video of one dead snake and other infested with mites!!! This store needs to be closed ASAP! Shame on you for calling yourself a PetStore
