The dog grooming service is inconsistent for the value. The first visit was easy and the results were good. The second time was a bad experience for my dog as well as myself. I set an appointment for the second visit and they held my dog for over 5 hours in a kennel after I told them that he doesn't kennel well. He was kenneled most of the 6 hours he was there.
