Kelsey and Tayvie were amazing as well as another representative (I feel terrible that I did not get her name today). Everyone of these people have a lot to offer interms of advice for my koi tank. I ended up purchasing a 40 gal breeder tank, glass lid, pump and dog collar. All of my pets are soooo happy! The koi are no longer sluggish (I am the happiest about this, I've wanted koi for years). Thank you Petco! I always get amazing service and today was over the top great!
Have only been to this particular Petco twice, but they are the epitome of great customer service! Wish I could patronize this store on a regular basis, but I have another one closer to my home...who knows, maybe I will drive out of my way!
