There a woman named AMY, who is very rude and nasty. I was making a return for a Defective item. I did lose my receipt for the item, but I simply wanted to make an exchange. Amy insinuated that the item was stolen and stated “people often dumpster dive and try to return items without a receipt” although I found this statement to be rather passive aggressive and suggestive, ignored it. Expert service from everyone from the time you walk into the door until the moment you exit. If you bring your pet along the staff has spoiled and loved on them just as much as you do.
Someone at tour shop harmed my friends dog so bad he was rushed to the hospital. No one at Petco is speaking up and no one's seems to know what happened to this dog that was dropped off perfectly fine and picked up with blood shot red eyes like he had been beaten.
