On Saturday 4/1~ I took my son up to get a few snails for his tank. I waited in the car because he was going to buy them and be done. Well, I ended up waiting over an hour before he came back out of the store. He said an employee would see him standing at the tanks start walking to him to help and then another customer would get there attention and instead of having that person wait a few minutes, the employee would make my son wait!! Literally butchered my dog �� don't go here for your pets haircuts
Called up there cause I'm taking my dog on vacation with me, and had some questions. The gal was rude, not helpful, and just said bye and hung up. Bad service, I'm not going there.
Poor customer service... Never any pets available.. and on top of that no other pet co around dose holds for people I had to go all the way to Minneapolis for my pet... Never going there again.....
