I went April 8, 2020 to purchase a bird. An associate told me I was not allowed to purchase any animal due to a policy change because of the pandemic going on. I was also told to go to pet smart instead to purchase an animal. they went on to say if I wasn't going to buy anything that I had to leave the store. Horrible customer service!! I guess your employees would rather be in their phones then working. I did purchase not 1 but 2 birds at pet smart. congratulations on losing my business.
We've been customers at our local Petco for more than 20 years. Over those years we have had 3 Wheaten Terriers, all groomed at Petco. Overall we have been very satisfied, until yesterday. When we picked up our Fur baby and saw the bill, we almost fell over. We were told that over the years we have been under charged. Our 34 pound Wheaten is now considered a Large Breed dog, and we have been underbilled for those 20+ years. I only get my German Shepherd’s nails trimmed here and I never had a problem. All of the people that trim nails are nice and friendly.
I love Petco and enjoy going here to stock up on what my cats and fish need. So many fun products.
My 5 month old Cavapoo got his first haircut here and he looks wonderful! Both of the ladies I met were very sweet to the dogs and we brought my English bulldog back for a bath today. Highly recommend
Today I brought my dog in for his spring hair cut. He is a papillon so his tail and ears should be longer and fluffy. Well I went to pick him up paid for the groom went to grab him and the groomer butchered him. His tail hair is so short and uneven. His ears have zero length to them at all. His breed should have "butterfly" ears; nope so choppy and butchered looking now. I left and broke down in the parking lot. I'm not one to make a scene so I didn't say anything.
