Had a grooming appointment scheduled for a Tuesday, and when I walked in with my dog for his appointment, they were absolutely rude and said it was the day before on Monday. I know for a FACT I didn’t make it on Monday as I was busy. The rude lady said she was too busy to get him in. Never going back, which is unfortunate because they’ve been grooming my dog for 5+ years!
