Called on Friday to make an appointment for my dog to be groomed. The lady I spoke with told me that the system was down and she could not put me in the system but that she wrote down my information and had me set up for an appointment on Saturday at 1 PM. So I take off work and drive home to pick up my dog for the appointment. When I show up they tell me that they have no availability until next week sometime and that they did not have time for me this afternoon either. What a piece of crap place to run. If you need your pet groomed, this is the place to go! Ask for JB! She took great care of my dog and had her smelling great. Her customer service and dedication is outstanding! I appreciated her and so didn't Gracie. I will be back :)

Never had anything other than excellent experiences at the Petco at TigerTown in Opelika.
I like our Petco. It's always clean. The few times I'VE used the restrooms they've been clean. I've always had good customer service. Very nice people. You get in return what you put out (attitude). Great people to see deal with. Always helpful.
