ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Customer service was AWFUL. The salon manager in the Opelika, Alabama store so SO RUDE. Her demeanor from the time me and my dad walked in the door with our puppy.. was completely off and stank. You could tell she wanted nothing to do with us. So short tempered and straight to the point without helping us resolve a problem or possibly rescheduling. One of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever experienced. I will not be back to the Opelika Petco.
This petco is one of the best in the area, outshines the other local pet stores and even the pet stores in Columbus. Great quality fish in stock. Have bought multiple pets/fish from them and never have had an issue. Josh in that department is super knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding employee.
I will NEVER shop here again. A employee walked up to me as I was walking to check out because they were closing that he told me to come to front they are closing the doors. Just minutes prior a worker was helping me and told me to go to the front because they were closing. I told them I won’t be back and they had the nerve to ask why! everything there awesome I got my guinea pig from them
when I first started using petco for my dog's grooming, they were good but then the service was never the same. No consistency with the cutting. He never looked the same twice in a row. When you ask them to touch them up when it doesn't look right they get an attitude. Service has declined. Thinking about changing when petsmart opens.
Loyal customer for years, always purchased best in show package in grooming department, delt with declining service over past year since expansion can no longer seem to make appointments in a timely manner always get excuses of being double booked everytime. Will be taking business elsewhere from now on.
