Kayla in grooming is the best! She is pleasant and always does a great job with Zeus!
We always get exceptional service from all employees. My dog flips out when we drive up to the store. He knows hes going to be getting lots of love, and lots of treats. I shop in the bird supplies, dog supplies and grooming, and also aquatics. Best customer service around.
Rude customer service. Went to buy a Guinea Pig today. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to come unlock the cage to Guineas. Young girl was just very rude and found her iPad more important than doing her job. Then another lady rang us up. She was also very rude. Then to add insult to injury she knocked the box off the counter which contained the animal. Instead of apologizing she claimed the Guinea walked the box right off the edge. Hello!
