Placed an order immediately cancelled. Received cancellation number. Thinking no worries, yet the following day I received the package and a charge. Carried it to store for physical return( did feel I should not pay return fee due to the stores error). They didn’t give me my shipping charge of 6 dollars.😒. If it was my mistake, sure, keep it. But not mine.....do better please.

They always know my dogs by their names and take very good care of them. They do a great job on grooming my fur babies.

took my baby in for his first ever professional grooming. I was a little apprehensive to leave him but Steven treated him like his own and took great Care of him! he left happy and shiny. we'll def be using them in the future.

First time taking my dog to have her nails clipped and trying out the do-it-yourself wash, excellent experience! The person cutting the nails took time to talk to my Malinois to put her at ease. She is so protective of me, I had to move out of sight and he worked his magic on her! He setup the wash station for me and explained what I needed to do. I’m so very impressed and will it a monthly trip to do the wash and whatever else is needed!

I bought one of the 75 gallon Tanks that they put on sale.Please know that you can't find a cover for it and I have had mine a little bit over a year. I woke up to find 75 gallons of water on my floor and trying to save my fish. It was leaking out from the seal around the bottom. Smh ..... No help from store on helping......

My family and our two dogs went in today and noticed you were having an adoption event so we stopped and looked. One of the ladies working it (which I’m aware that more than likely wasn’t one of your employees) decided to grab my 5 year old chihuahua mix by his face and start pointing out his small cherry eye among other “imperfections”. We go there regularly to get our dog the caribou cookies because these are his absolute favorite. They used to carry them for the longest time and then suddenly stopped. They have given us excuse after excuse of why they don't but we are able to travel to Greenville or Greenwood and get them. I have asked about these enough and been told they could not get them, it wasn't their job to order them, and the list goes on. Dave the MGR (That’s how he ID himself to me) at this location will not price match with his competitors. He is also not very Customer friendly.....Now Petsmart price matches any online or in store for me so sorry Petco you just lost my business. And trust me we spend a lot of money on our Furbabies.
