Took one of my fur babies in tonight to pick up a furminator tool. not only was the staff helpful in making sure i got the right tool they also took time to give Roxy attention! Great example of truly loving your job! Both of my babies get groomed here as well we love Petco. :)

I am tired of being told to just come in to get dogs nails done, and come in to be told they cannot do it for 2 to 3 hours. Make an appointment and they cancelled and rescheduled all for weeks later three times. Go elsewhere for your sanity.
Not very happy with today. After having to reschedule the grooming appt 3 times on their end...Was told that my Australian shepherd tried to nip and lunge at the groomers... completely uncharacteristic of him, mind you so I don't really know what to believe. Seems like they were just trying to find an excuse to not groom him. And they had him there for 5 hours. However, he was squeaky clean though. I would've been more happier if they would've cut more of his fur other than his under belly and butt. But hey, it is what it is... read more
Had an excellent experience at petco sumter getting a Guinea Pig for our son. Thank you very much to Beth for all of her assistance. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Best customer service we've had in the three years since moving here.
People are super nice. My dogs love it there and are ALWAYS TAKEN GREAT CARE OF!! They get a bad rap because they are a corporation but I promise they are better behind the scenes than most private dog salons.
