RecommendedI visit Petco on a regular basis and every time I luck out and get taken care of by Maile. She’s super knowledgeable about everything especially the reptiles. I’d go as far as saying she’s a reptile expert. I’ve had my Iguana now for 3 years and he just recently fell very ill. I was scared I was going to lose him so I took him to see her. She was able to pin point the issue and offer life saving advice and care. Thank you
The WORST EXPERIENCE in customer service EVER!! I took my dog to Petco for grooming as I’ve done regularly for more than a year. I had scheduled a month out because they were booked so called weekly to see if I could get my dog in sooner. I ended up having to wait until my scheduled appointment. RecommendedTook my puppy for the 6 weeks positive training. She learned a lot but she still needs to work on some things as she is stubborn. Kaylee was excellent with her interactions with my pup.

I moved back to Michigan from Texas. I was using theGrooming at Petco in Texas for my Dog and they did an excellent job. So I decided to stay with the grooming at Petco here in Michigan. Very big mistake. The appointment was Saturday May 15th at 8:15am. I had all the same stuff done to her here as I did in Texas. They took 3 hours in Texas and only 1 1/2 hours here. This “wonderful” Petco killed me and my girlfriend’s Chinese Cave Gecko. We trusted them, after they PROMISED to do everything they could but they let him die AND PUT HIM IN A REFRIGERATOR THEN TRIED TO HEAT HIM UP WHEN WE GOT THERE TO GET HIM. But to them it’s “just a lizard”. Well to us that’s family. Whether it’s a lizard, dog, cat, fish ITS A LIVING AND BREATHING ANIMAL. We treat our animals as humans more like family. RecommendedI just got a Sphynx cat & stopped by to grab some extra food & treats. Employees all super nice & helpful.
Customer service is the WORST! An employee walked by me 5 times without a word. No greeting at the door by any worker and there were several. What happened to workers asking "Can I help you find something? Are you doing ok?" I will never shop there again
