The manager, Matthew Hartman, was rude.
Management and HR treat their employees awful here, hostile work environment forced a friend of mine (now a former employee) to have panic attacks at work and was so bad she had to leave the company. Take your business else where until they can treat their employees right.
Management and employees are not helpful. Store is dirty. Book keeping is a mess. Groomers are unorganized.
Horrible service!! I Called ahead of time to make sure the grooming section was open. Petco confirmed on the phone that they were open and they wouldn’t be closing tell 8pm. I said great, I’d be right down, it was 6:30pm at the time. We’re 8 mins away, but when I got there they said they couldn’t trim my puppy’s nails because they were busy cleaning up for night. NEVER ever ever gonna step foot in petco again... poor customer service
Matthew (General Manager) is extremely rude. Way to go kicking a disabled veteran out of your store!
The people at this store are wonderful, so helpful Mattie the dog trainer is skilled and did a wonderful job of training me to be a better dog parent.
