Been in plenty of times to have our dogs nails trimmed. With her pet vaccinations already verified, they refused to have her in all of a sudden because the doctors name or vet name wasn’t on her passport? How can you guys refuse a PASSPORT!? So how come you guys let us in 3-4 times before?? Sad. Looks like we will he going through someone else to get her nails done. Sincerely a very unsatisfied client of yours.
We took our biggest boy Texas into the store for a special treat since he was jealous of having a new baby sister. he got saddle bones and a rawhide, he finished the whole in under 6 minutes. and the saddle bone was broken in half in under 30. in all a great day
I have been to many different Petco and petsmart stores in Oregon. I have been to many of these stores multiple times looking for specific betta fish. most times these stores have bettas suffering in dirty cups . they will have swim bladder, fin rot,or another disease. it's so sad... today was my first time in the keizer petco and I couldn't believe how healthy and clean all the bettas were. there live plants were beautiful also. the girl cleaning bettas was really knowledgeable and did an amazing job caring for the fish and... read more
Completed both the puppy class and adult class with my dog. Both Sam and Alexsia are great. Lots of experience with dogs and knowledge in what they do. Would definitely recommend the class to others!
As an animal rights enthusiast, I kindly informed the workers that the ferrets really needed their nails trimmed, and they laughed at me. This is dangerous for the animals, and I wont be shopping here anymore sadly.
