Katie the assistant manager is very unprofessional and always had a condescending attitude. Caitlyn was the sales associate and had the same attitude. I will definitely go to petsmart from now on.
Loved the dog grooming at this place. Always had great experience....UNTIL WE GOT KIERA! Her name is on the wall and the name tag! If you are helped by KIERA...RUN! Very impersonal, acts like she is afraid of the dogs. We never had any issues with any of our dogs, been going to this location for a while!
