Low selection and the cashier (larger taller Caucasian male) for some reason had to complain to us about his boss saying she gets so mad when people don’t wear a mask but he doesn’t care. I mean it’s not like there’s a pandemic or anything

went to the Petco to get some bettas. almost all of them had swim bladder issues and 8 were dead. they all had very dirty water. when I brought it up to a employee they couldn't care less. looked at the other tanks and all their other fish were having problems too.

I've taken my pups here for grooming for about two years. never had an issue until this last time. my poor cocker spaniel! came home and she wasn't moving much few days she's shivering in pain and can't walk without crying. had to take her to the vet to find out her neck and back are sprained! vet says this is common.when they freak out on the "nuses" they use. this is so concerning because she has special instructions since she was hit by a car and had to have hip surgery. if she were freaking out who was there to calm or o... read more

My nephew and sister went to this location yesterday and didnt realize it was closing time as the automatic doors still opened. My nephew walked in and was quickly confronted by John who claimed to be the store manager. Instead of calmly informing them they were closed he began yelling at my 15 year old nephew and calling him a spick. He didnt care that my sister was standing right there and continued yelling racial slurs. As the manager he should know better than to treat any person in that manner. Allison in grooming is the best! She has been grooming my American bully for months and I never have to worry about him when I drop him off because I know he will be in great hands with Allison! She treats my dog like she would her own! Nothing but good to say about Allison and the grooming salon.

We signed up for Puppy Training on 5/26. 6 week training, once a week. The trainer, Christina, didn't have a lesson planned the first day. She just wanted us to ask questions. After that, she cancelled the next class. Day of what should be the 3rd class, she canceled again and offered a free private class. Private class was scheduled today at 2. She didn't show. I absolutely love going to this store! Everyone is always so helpful and knowleagable! I switched my dogs food based off of a recommendation from one of the girls who work here and am amazed at the difference in my dogs health. The employees recognize me and are always friendly and willing to answer my questions. I will seriously go out of my way to shop here over any other pet store.

Horrible customer service especially from the assistant store manager, Katie. I always think it'll be a better experience the next time I go in and I'm proven wrong every time. Someone needs to get that stick out of her ass and bring her down a notch from her iron throne. Even her employees find her despicable and horrible. Why keep someone so horrible to their employees and customers. Bad PR for the company.

We visited the South Jordan Petco for the first time in mid December and were so impressed with all the staff. We have been back several times since, and have had a positive experience each time. Katie helped us the first time and went out of her way to help us figure out what we needed and answer all our questions. Thank You!
