Lean your bathrooms. Wow! Hire a plumber. If you take care of the animals like you do the restrooms then I feel sorry for them.

We were in this Petco today and a gentleman named Les help my 3year old and I. We bought a new filter, a pleco, fidler crabs, and some snails. Les was very knowledgeable and very kind! While we were checking out he had brought a tortious up front for us to see. Hands down an amazing person! Thanks for showing us what true customer service is all about.
Went in to get two clownfish tanks were stocked but had air bulbs blowing out the return and couldn’t get any help since there was only 2 people working the whole store and they were both on a register. Glass was so dirty that I could barely see the fish will never go back to Petco
Nothing takes as long as getting crickets at this store. And there is nothing more obnoxious to me than the fact that the cashier (who is in there every week when I buy crickets) asks me every week what I am feeding. I'm about to tell her I feed them to my children. Today while waiting I noticed one lizard whose skin was all loose, with no food in his habitat, and he seemed very lethargic, even for a lizard. Tried to adopt Bert the guinea pig. But no one would help us. Tried asking for help 3 times from associates and nobody came to help. Poor customer service. #freeBert
The people are really nice to us as we go tjere 3 times or more a week as we have 5 different pets always very helpful
