Hey Petco, Thank you for not calling me to tell me the grooming was closed and my appointment got canceled. Would have loved to known that BEFORE I drove all the way across town to see a sign on the door saying they are closed. When I made the appointment he told me that if they were to close I would be notified, which I was not. (56th Street)
I just walked out of the Petco store without buying. I was needing a certain item. There was NO ONE in the store to ask for help. I walked the store (front to back) at least four times to find a clerk. As I walked out rather disgusted, I noticed that there was only ONE cashier and a long line of at least 20 people! Won't be going back!
Any fishie needs you have, go get your tank water tested at Petco, it's free, and if you can find the older gentleman (I didn't catch his name, but hes taller with white hair and beard), he's very helpful and will point you in the right direction, my betta is already back to his normal self
Went to petco this afternoon to look for a vest for my friends dog. I found the vest I wanted and when I asked them to price check it the cashier got very rude with us. We were looking around at other things and started look at the fish. Noticed a large number of dead and unkept fish. While looking at the fish a staff yelled very rudely at us when we were not doing anything wrong. I personally don’t know if I will shop here ever again!
Make sure your sufficient other doesn’t go by her self, employees will just watch them get pushed out of the way into the door to get to an item when she was standing in line first.
I go to this petco to get crickets for my dragons due to it being so close to home however the past few times I have been the crickets have been completely out and there have been only a couple prepackages that are almost all dead along with packs of dead meal worms. This is very frustrating. I have never had this problem until recently. Things seem to have gone down hill in the past couple months. Please work on fixing as I’m sure I’m not the only person having this problem.
