My experience was not good at all. This lady named Dawn whose older was extremely rude and judgmental. She was no help at all. I’ve never met an employee who wasn’t sweet at this store until today. I hope this store talks to her I am not satisfied
Had an appointment for a grooming at 5. Lady said my dog would have to be laying in a crate for over an hour before he’s washed. I drove 30 minutes there and had to leave just to drive 30 minutes back. I’ll probably be giving my business to a local groomer instead. That was ridiculous and the lady was RUDE.
The staff is always helpful and very supportive! I'm a first time pet owner, and they put my mind at ease with all my questions!��
Petco Warwick grooming salon is the best around!! All the groomers there are very friendly, professional and caring. I would never bring my pups anywhere else!!! Highly recommended!!!!
The best store with the nicest employees They always give My dogs treats and are so helpful
Love all of you guys wonderful people that work there of course my groomer virginia is the best has been taking care of my dog since I brought him home :)
Carla and Allison in the grooming area are wonderful and are exemplary in how they handle and calm dogs that are nervous in different settings. I highly recommend their services for you, if this is an issue for your dog.
