Purchased a laser cat toy, was like $40 bucks. Was broken in the box. Came back for a replacement. Got home and unboxed. Come to find out the one I originally bought was used/returned. As it was missing all the paperwork and packaging material. Just today was looking for a cat carrier. Found one I liked but it was also used. Cat hair already in it and was missing items. Not sure how a hair filled carrier made it back to the shelf. Other than buying pet food will no longer buy from this location.
