We went to return an unopened carpet cleaning product we ended up not needing. We couldn’t find the receipt, but we were just hoping we could get store credit. The “manager” said they don’t do any returns without a receipt or being bought under the Petco rewards card. So we search harder and find the receipt. The return policy printed on the receipt says that they WILL do store credit on returns without a receipt. So does the “manager” really not know this, or did he just not want to do his job?
Im in ur store way to much! I spend hundreds of dollars in there on fish, reptile stuff and small animal stuff. Ive not had a problem with returning fish and u guys are somewhat helpful. You definitely could use some people that actually know about fish before trying to help customers.
The best petco store I have ever gone to.... great costumer service
There were 4-5 signs on the fish tanks that said 20% off mollies, platys, and guppies (in large letters). When we got to the register we were told that sale had ended. The attendant who helped with the fish made no mention of that. We selected our fish based on the sale. The cashier did not honor the sale price. Most businesses honor their signage regardless. Not this Petco apparently. Poor business practice!
I took my Maltipoo in for grooming. He came back uneven and was shaved too close to the skin in spots that made him raw and sore!! For $46 I expected top quality and good results. Instead he came back a mess!!
Called ahead to drop off rats, they said we can go head and bring them down, we live an hour away and drove here and then they tell us they will not accept them.....maybe you should train all your employees when animals can and can not be dropped off........
I usually have a good experience here. Sometimes they are super busy but overall, I feel that they care for me & my pet!
