The staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs of every pet owner. Moreover, they LOVE every fur baby that comes into this store. That's the key for me. My fur baby, Toto gets so much attention! I also love that Petco now carries several of the higher end products I feed my dog, like Orijen; a brand I used to only be able to get online.
got some new beautiful saltwater tank fish when supplies are great
Cheyenne store stopped carrying the brand Canidae dog treats so the workers think! Website shows Cheyenne doesn't carry them but Ft Collins does. Everyone in Cheyenne complains why don't people support local business? Go figure! I'll be buying everything online from now on!

They lied to me about selling us fish for a school project. A coworker drove two hours to buy the fish they said they had ordered specifically for us. Only to be told they didn’t have enough, and they refused to sell us what they had. I do not trust their word as a retailer, and will never recommend or give them business again.
I recently bought 5 fish from this Petco. I have an established tank and fish that were doing great. I got home and let the fish float in the bag for about 20 minutes then got a net and placed them in my tank. Within a week I lost at least one fish a day. I had 13 fish all together and now have 7 left. All but 1 fish I bought has now died and 4 of my original fish have now died. I will never buy fish from this store again. They refused to cut my dogs nails cause I didn't have her proof of rabbies shots which she has all her shots or I would of never let her down on there unclean nasty looking floors in the first place.they have cut her nails b4but this one time if I knew where else to buy blue dog food and products I wouldn't never go back ��
