Popular store. Reasonable amount of stock on hand. Had everything in which one needs or requires for their pets. Few staff members were around. It was quick service at the counter and staff were friendly too. Plenty of parking near by.
I just left this store and was desperate to write a review about the gorgeous staff here. All the staff here are the most friendly people and help so much !! From the minute you walk in even if theyre busy they greet you, I got asked by a lovely man in the isle if I need a hand. And the girls at the front counter with glasses was so friendly!! I just love this store!! Thank you pet barn ^-^
Very friendly and helpful staff
The store itself is well stocked, and you can find pretty much everything you need. The only downside is that the staff seem more focused on stocking shelves and discussing store work with each other than on helping customers. When a customer approaches them, they don’t acknowledge you and just keep doing what they’re doing, or keep talking with each other, they don’t ask if customers need any help until they are done doing their thing.
