The dental service for RYAN was great as always except with the one of the clerks whom I approached with didn't greet us and she quickly asked for the due amount for Ryan's dental work that usually we pay at the end not as soon ad we walk in without saying hello or a proper good bye from het. I wad really surprised with het reaction!!
I'll see how it goes at my next appt. It felt rushed - I realize it was an emergency appt, but I didn't feel much empathy from Dr Husein, who knew I was extremely fearful. I was hoping to get an idea as to what I might do to minimize my anxiety. All the staff were pleasant, but I left feeling that he didn't really want me as a patient, probably because I have neglected proper treatment of my teeth - due to my past two dental experiences being disastrous! The dentists are great, very personable and friendly and do excellent work. Its hard for me to be "regular " because I am on a low income and even with great insurance, I end up with no money left for the rest of the month. I do love that you use porcelain on my teeth, making them look "cleaner". Great job! Thank you.
