Tried to deny me a refund on defective lenses. Twice! That’s on top of pushy sales tactics, poor service, and several other delays and problems. I had to go in person and demand a refund despite their attempts to ignore me and not call back. “I have to check with the doctor” For what? They’re defective! Then they leave me sitting for twenty minutes until I had to demand the refund again. If you do business there pray they don’t make a mistake. They’ll blame you and keep your money if they can.

Absolutely the best customer care hands down!!! The whole entire staff was super professional and courteous. Also, they made me feel like family. From the moment I booked the appointment I knew I'd be a long time customer of this establishment.
They are very kind people and if you have kids. Great because they are kid friendly. I highly suggest it I know all the people who work there all very nice. I love the office manager because she means alot to me and I love her. So i choose Petaluma Eye Care.
