Miles and the team are AMAZING. From start to finish everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The communication was also excellent. I reached out in regard to getting a bouquet for my wedding. Miles promptly followed up via a phone call. I texted him pictures of what I was looking for and about an hour later I had an estimate. The flowers were delivered to my hotel on time and we were absolutely gorgeous. I’m having them pressed because I love them so much! Highly recommend petals and vines!

I ordered a bouquet with a sunflower, and what was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement shown on the website. There was no sunflower at all, and the entire composition, colors, and style were completely different. It felt like they just sent whatever was available instead of what I actually paid for. This is extremely misleading and unprofessional. If the ordered bouquet isn’t available, the customer must be contacted first. Sending a random substitute without approval is unacceptable. Wonderful service! We live out of state and needed a bridal bouquet for our beach wedding. Miles helped me to design a gorgeous bouquet and arrange delivery to our hotel. Everything was perfect and my flowers and my husbands boutonnière were gorgeous! Thank you Petals & Vines!
