I placed a very late order in the day and asked if it could be delivered before the end of the day. . #1) they were out of the exact flowers as pictured and had the courtesy to call and let me know and gave me the option to substitute. . #2) They agreed to deliver and when I mentioned that the person might still be in the hospital and not home yet, they took it upon themselves to call the hospital, verify she was still admitted and took the flowers directly to the hospital. .
