EXCELLENT florist!!! They do beautiful work and their flowers are always the higher end flowers. They make me look good!
The best flower designs in town. Very unique creations with refreshing artistic touches. Their designs always look thoughtfully put together with great emphasis on colors.
Excellent customer service! Staff is very patient and will offer well thought out suggestions. They will help you get the best value for your dollars. They offer deluxe and premium upgrades for the product I was planning to purchase. Caroline was very detailed in her explanation on what would be included in a premium vs. a deluxe. I ordered the "Spring Chic" and could not have been any happier with my purchased. The flowers were very fresh and colorful and not to mention, beautiful. My friend said it stayed fresh for the whole week and she got lots of compliments. The $40 spent was well worth it!
Petals of Boca has been my trusted florist for many important occasions. They are also the only florist in town who can deliver late in the day on Saturday. The last piece I got from them was $50 and they didn't, mind doing a rush delivery for me. They have great specials everyday which makes purchasing from them very rewarding. Stay away!!!!. I spent almost $400 on Mother's Day flowers. After a ton of lies and excuses they delivered at 5 pm and left it outside where it was not seen until the next day.. They called 5 times ruining the magic of the surprise. The arrangement was cheap and falling apart. The worst part was their service after the fact. They were rude and refused to refund the destroyed flower arrangement that missed 5 promised deliveries. I found Petals of Boca while searching for flowers for a dear friend who has just moved into their new home. They have a fabulous website with pictures of their vast selection, and their customer service is top notch. Needless to say, my order was stunning and my friend loved her flowers! So happy to have found them - they are now my florist of choice!
Thank you for doing a great job! I called from NY, with no personal recommendation, just taking my chances. I spoke with Brittany and she promised me that I would be very happy with the "large dish garden" that she was looking at.
