This was a great experience all around. Mariah provided timely and excellent-quality customer service that made the whole experience stress-free because I was placing the order from Canada. I would definitely order my next flower arrangement from Petals and Decor as they went 'above and beyond" and my daughter was thrilled with the get-well gift.
The recipient loved this arrangement. The seaside and succulent plants incorporated in the arrangement provided soothing reminders of their loved one who just passed. The family thought it was a perfect way to honor their loved one.
The flowers I sent from Petals and Decor were absolutely beautiful! Some flowers from the bouquet I ordered online weren't available so they called me and we discussed how to proceed. The bouquet turned out perfectly! Amazing costumer service! Thank you Petals and Decor!!

Wonderful flowers and customer service! Was looking for a bouquet for a loved one’s graduation, and Petals and Decor prepared a beautiful combination of flowers. I needed to pick up early in the morning before opening hours, and they even accommodated my last minute request for a hand bouquet arrangement instead, which was all greatly appreciated. Would definitely order from them again!
