Ordered a hydrangea for my elderly mother for her birthday and it was replaced with an ugly Tamarillo plant. So disappointed. Suggest marking products unavailable online instead of customers paying for product that can’t be delivered. I provided polite feedback and received zero response. Was a first time customer, and would not use them again.
Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Never arrived. Still waiting on a response after reaching out on email. Delivered 3 days late. Needs better comms!
Ordered 14 red roses with chocolates. Received 11 red roses with chocolates that didn't match the picture. Tried to reach out to them and got no response. Pretty disappointing 😞. There is a disclaimer saying they may not have enough of any particular type of flower but in that case, they would swap it for flowers of equal or higher value.
