Drove almost an hour for a harness to keep my girl under control without dragging me...well worth it! Very helpful and knowledgeable and a great selection of healthy food/treats. I will certainly be back!
Love this store. Items are well stocked good selection, and great rewards program. What has stood out to me is the customer service. It was unknown for a while whether a particular food manufacturer would continue making the version of food I give to my hounds so I had initial conversations about other options. But when the staff got information regarding the continued production of the option I buy, I received an email letting me know. This is a small thing, yes, but it showed me that I was more than just a random customer.... read more
Fantastic, knowledgable staff, great products, easy ordering and very flexible delivery option. My cat was diagnosed with stomatitis and I was unsure where to turn, but this store is now my go to pet store!
The staff is always very friendly and they carry the best pet food at a great price! Such a nice, clean, well managed store! I won't go anywhere else for my pet food!
