Overpriced, and constantly trying to upsell the priciest treatments, you'll wait an hour after your scheduled appointment to be seen, every time. No one there communicates with each other, so everyone is always confused and you'll have to explain what's going on ten times, and they won't have notes from previous appointments, so keep your own records. And you don't get to see the same vet, so your pet has to be poked and prodded by a new person randomly, without warning. It's also always hot inside because they run a clothes... read more
