My male hound/lab mix is usually very over reactive with new people to the point I don’t like taking him around anyone very often. He was comfortable with them & they were absolutely amazing/patient with him. When he started to act up over his nail trim, they handled everything quickly/perfectly without a hesitation. They were able to get him under control and get it done which is fantastic because he is very strong for his size & very determined to avoid the nail clippers. I have never been to a PetVet before and was a little nervous, but when I met Dr. Austin and his team they were absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and explained everything and my fur baby Laci was very comfortable and she loved them all, I will definitely be coming back with my other 2 fur babies. It was very nice to see the care and kindness of everyone. I have been to many vets and only one made me and my fur babies feel like they did. Thank you Dr. Austin & your team!!!!
