They watched a poor dog die and did nothing. A little girl had to watch her best friend die for over an hour because they couldn't be bothered. disgusting
I waited 61 minutes holding my dog as he was dieing. Gasping for breathe, screaming in pain in the waiting room while 2 NON critical animals were helped first. While employees ignored our pleas for help!!!!
Pet Urgent Care in Orem, UT deserves a ZERO star rating. The worst service and care for my dog. I believe they 100% took advantage of my money. You will not feel invited in, the doctor will not give you any information until you sign an agreement to pay, and they will just tell you "sorry I can't fix that." We visited their office a week ago, came in with a dog with a broken leg (it was clearly facing the wrong direction), and after they gave us an x-ray and charged us, then the vet decided to tell us he can't fix it.
