Imagine taking your dog to an after hours veterinary clinic because they chewed up a battery. Now imagine hearing them cry in the back room because they are scared and in pain. This is a horrific experience for any animal owner. DO NOT take your animals here. They DO NOT respond to messages or emergency phone calls they proceeded to charge over $2,100. My 4 English Bulldog has an 8" open incision site and intestinal bleeding that has caused permanent damage. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!
My experience was awful and the doctor couldn’t even figure out that my dog had kennel cough. He didn’t touch my dog and said that he probably had a cold. 4 hours later we went to the Midvale urgent care because he was coughing up bloody mucus and they diagnosed my dog within minutes.
Do not go to these people they are absolutely horrible and will charge you anything they can and the end result is to kill your dog. My dog was hit by a car and there was no saving her so instead of it costing $70 it cost $940 and as we were trying to say goodbye to her the manager was yelling at us demanding payment!!! Never in my life have I been treated so rudely!!
The staff are horrible to work with! The vet assistant thought she was so smart knew how to do everything and wouldn’t even consider help and in the end my new born babies died from her mistake.! This place really needs some help!
RecommendedThe staff, and the environment, are wonderful! My poor girl went into labor last night, but was unable to deliver her puppies. We took her in, and they had her in for a C-Section very quickly after her exam. I have no doubt that not only did they save the life of my girl, but also all three of her puppies. We were in and out of there within 2 and a half hrs. Discharge instructions were explained very well. They are also more affordable than other vets. Thank you so so much Pet Urgent Care! You have helped my birdies twice now (I am pretty sure you saved one of their lives the last time I was there when one of them had a prolapse. It is possible you saved the other's life last night due to a really bad broken blood feather from a night fright that I couldn't get out or fully stop the bleeding.
